Time Lady dress by BlueBoxDrifter Time Lady dress by BlueBoxDrifter
This dress took me flippin' forever! Anyways, this is a Time Lady outfit I made yesterday (okay, so it took me a day to make, but it felt like forever. haha.) Made from tissue paper, a couple old shirts, red ribbon, wire, and even more ribbon. The headdress I made separately about a month or so ago. The staff is made of wire and foil (also, if you look carefully you'll see a White Point Star imbedded at the top), and of course no Time Lady would be caught dead (or regenerating) without her handy fob watch while traveling within the fourth dimension. The doll is a MyScene (please tell me someone remembers them...?)

Also, sorry for the quality of the picture. My camera is 100% dead and I haven't a clue where the charger is, so thus I had to use my phone. meh.

Awww. thank you. yeah, barbies were my passion as a kid so I've been making doll clothes for a while. In truth I'm actually not that good at it, but it's super fun anyways

it looks great :) i never really was into barbies myself, but my cousin had loads and we would play them whenever i went over. honestly i liked the stories we made up behind them more than the actual dolls, we could've been playing with human shaped lumps of play-doh and it would've had the same effect on me :P i can understand the appeal of making clothes for them though, it seems really fun!

Haha! yeah, same here. my friends and I made up some crazy stories involving spies, secret missions, clones, conspiracies, super powers, supernatural stuff, and a bunch of other crazy stuff that i can't even recall. the story is what makes it fun. speaking of which... how is your story coming along?! I'm really excited to read more! :w00t:

haha i was never that interesting with my stories, but i know what you mean :D
ff i'm being so slow with it lol, i'm writing doctor/rose fluff for texting-and-scones' contest right now, and that kind of interrupted me :P as soon as i'm done (probably tonight) i'll get back to work on it!
gosh roes never does anything i want her to though. and the doctor's WAY jerkier than i try to make him. i'm starting to like hiromi more though, so that's a plus!

yeah, she's actually turned into an okay character. I'm just glad they actually got her IN the tardis. i was a bit worried there for a bit. And you can never go wrong with Doctor/Rose fluff. good luck with the contest!
